It is a slow Saturday around here, it is to wet and gray to head outside, the Little Man is sleeping, so I’m cruising the internet looking at some of my favorite places to stop by. In no particular order:
Hunter Angler Gardener Cook has become one of my go to places to stop by and check out game recipes. This guys creations are drool inducing so be warned don’t swing by hungry!
Prepper Chicks on Facebook is a good place to lose an hour or so. The page has really developed into a community and there is wealth of information to take in.
Maine Prepper on YouTube offers a lot of good common sense prep advice delivered without any BS. The topics are diverse and interesting. Plus the guy is doing a reading of his original SHTF novel which is pretty good.
Big Dan’s Ramblings is another good site to pay a visit to. Dan has recently jumped in to suburban homesteading in a big way with a comprehensive list of skills and goals he wants to learn/accomplish in 2013. He’ll be doing a bit of guest posting here and hopefully we can make him feel welcome.
Canning Granny has a tom of excellent info on canning (duh) and also runs a vibrant Facebook community of her own.
These are just a few of the places I like to check in with on a regular basis. If you find yourself inside on gloomy Saturday swing by and check out some quality content!
